Tipsy Mermaid Punch
1/2 c. Blue Curaçao
1/4 c. Midori (optional)
1 Bottle Prosecco (or champagne)
1 1/2 c. Pineapple juice
1 c. Esprit de Krewe Rock N’ Rum
2 cans Seltzer
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Step 1: In a large punch bowl filled with ice, add the Blue Curaçao and Midori, if using.
Step 2: Top with prosecco, pineapple juice, rum, and seltzer. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
Step 3: Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
