Although the Gulf Coast may have a sleepy beach town vibe, our Coastal Palate mixologists have it down when it comes to keeping up with changing trends. With social distancing at the forefront of our summer plans, find enjoyment in mixing things up a bit with these 6 summer cocktails.

This summer we can expect to see a boom in hard seltzer drinks that include more adventurous and healthier ingredients. Large batch simple craft cocktails will continue to gain in popularity as they easily extend to at-home entertaining. Culinary craft creations – where top chef meets bottle spinner – will make their way onto the scene, while gin continues to make a strong comeback with craft distilleries continuing to master and distribute unique blends.

The continuing minimalist approach to cocktails leaves us with a firmer appreciation for the distinct flavors each ingredient brings to the aperitif and how well their unique characteristics play together.
