Boasting a modern industrial design infused with local touches and an open-air rooftop, this picturesque restaurant overlooking the Cocohatchee River has quickly become one of the most exclusive dining destinations in the area. Recently, the restaurant expanded its culinary offerings with an all-new indoor lunch service, available daily from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M.
“The Naples community has been amazing,” said Chef Dale Talde. “Opening Tigress for lunch service is just one more way we can show our appreciation, offering guests and locals the chance to enjoy the Tigress experience in a relaxed and accessible format.”



Known for his inventive culinary style and appearances on Top Chef: Chicago and Top Chef: All-Stars, Talde brings his distinct Asian American perspective to Tigress, blending the boldness of steakhouse fare with the nuanced flavors of Cantonese cuisine. The chef has received critical acclaim throughout his career, including being named a semifinalist for the James Beard Awards in the Best Chef: New York State category, and authoring the celebrated cookbook Asian-American: Proudly Inauthentic Recipes From the Philippines to Brooklyn.
Tigress’ lunch menu features a dynamic selection of dim sum, vegetable-forward dishes, sandwiches, and shared plates, each rooted in Cantonese flavor profiles and Chef Talde’s imaginative style.
Dim sum highlights include savory Dry-Aged Beef Pot Stickers with Chinese mustard and soy vinegar, and Spicy Chicken Dumplings glazed in General Tso’s sauce and paired with broccoli. Kung Pao Chicken Wings, served with buttermilk ranch and shaved celery salad, add a bold punch to the midday lineup.






Lighter fare includes a vibrant Heirloom Tomato Salad with Chinese black vinegar, Castelvetrano olives, and soy pearls, perfect for something satisfying yet crisp. Talde reimagines traditional salads with flair, like the Tigress Wedge with sesame leaf green goddess dressing and Chinese bacon. For heartier appetites, sandwich options include the Kobe Brisket Burger topped with American cheese, bacon, and special sauce, and the Black Pepper Steak Sandwich with pickled shallots and spicy mayo. The Traditional Chilled Lobster Roll with citrus kewpie dressing delivers a zesty, standout flavor. All sandwiches are accompanied by house-made fries or coleslaw.
Shared plates and entrées range from Mushroom Slippery Noodles with tamarind black beans and hazelnuts to Tuna Poke with short-grain rice, cucumber, and togarashi. Rice lovers can indulge in Crab Fried Rice with jalapeño aioli and tobiko or the decadent Supreme Fried Rice, which combines land, air, and sea proteins for the ultimate umami experience. For a playful brunch-inspired twist, the Hong Kong French Toast with Red-Cooked Duck, hoisin, and scallions is a must-try.
Vegetable sides such as Crispy Brussels Sprouts with pomegranate molasses, Smashed Fingerlings with turmeric caramel and Thai chiles, and Wok-Charred Kale with pickled goji berries round out the diverse offerings.






To complement the menu, Tigress offers signature cocktails and a curated selection of wine, sake, and zero-proof beverages. Standouts include the Fun-Tini with Japanese gin and pickled shiitake, and the Tigresso Marteani, an espresso martini reimagined with coconut rum, black tea, and five-spice powder.
