Pesto and Parmesan Grilled Corn
Is there anything that pesto and Parmesan don’t make better – including grilled corn? This recipe is quick, simple, flavorful, and delicious. For an added twist, wrap a few ears of corn in bacon before grilling. There are many ways to cook corn, including boiling, microwaving, grilling with the husks on, and grilling with the husks removed. If grilling with the husks on, the outside will be charred, but the corn inside should be perfectly steamed. Steaming corn in the microwave is easy – toss it in the microwave with the husk on for three minutes, and voila!

4 ears corn, husks removed
1/3 cup pesto
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Heat grill to high. Grill corn, occasionally turning, until charred and tender, 10 minutes.
Brush grilled corn with pesto and Parmesan.
