Apres Rouge | A Hint of Pomegranate & Mint
A fantastic after-dinner summer cocktail, the Apres Rouge is a sparkling, muddled drink with a hint of pomegranate and mint.
Ingredients:
3 oz champagne
3/4 oz simple syrup (1:1 ratio of cane sugar to water)
3/4 oz lime juice
2 cucumber slices
4 mint leaves
1/4 oz ginger juice
1 oz pomegranate juice
Sprig of mint
Instructions:
1. Muddle everything except the champagne.
2. Add champagne and ice.
3. Shake and strain over ice in a champagne glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
