1/2 c. Esprit de Krewe Rock N’ Rum
3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 c. Ginger beer
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Orange peel, for garnish
Step 1: Combine rum, lime juice, and maple syrup in a shaker except. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Step 2: Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass.
Step 3: Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.
