1/2 c. Coconut rum
1/2 c. Pineapple juice
1/4 c. Esprit de Krewe Vodka
2 tbsp Grenadine
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Step 1: Combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, vodka, and a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake until cold.
Step 2: Strain into martini glasses and slowly pour 1/2 ounce of grenadine into each glass.
Step 3: Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherries.
